Light fingertip or soft-brush contact over agreed areas. You can choose the sensation you prefer and ask for the pace to change.
Gentle scratching
A light surface sensation, adjusted to your comfort and gentle enough to leave the skin intact. It is optional, just like every other touch in the ritual.
Slow skin tracing
Unhurried patterns over the outer arms or upper back. Discuss the areas first, then keep the rhythm that feels right for you.
