Nature of services
Ritual provides massage and wellness services. Sexual acts and sexual services are not offered. The session’s scope, clothing, draping and boundaries are agreed before it begins. Guests and practitioners may pause or end the session at any time.
What is confirmed before you book
The practitioner
Any male or female practitioner preference is checked for the guest or couple and confirmed explicitly. A request alone is not a guarantee.
The complete price
The session rate, any transport amount and the total are stated before you decide to confirm.
The location
The accommodation name or map pin and any reception, gate or visitor instruction are checked before travel.
Information used to arrange the visit
To check an appointment, Ritual needs only the practical details: preferred date and time, accommodation or map pin, number of guests, chosen experience and practitioner preference if you have one.
Do not send passport copies, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive documents through the initial WhatsApp inquiry. If a payment or additional detail is required, ask why it is needed and confirm the destination before sharing it.
Changes, delays and cancellation terms
If your plan changes, contact Ritual as early as possible. Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling or late-arrival condition must be stated in the WhatsApp conversation before you confirm the appointment; no unpublished fee should be assumed from this page.
For hotel visits, access remains subject to the property’s visitor policy. A delay caused by reception or an incorrect location should be discussed immediately so the available session time can be confirmed again.
Privacy, comfort and boundaries during the session
Agree on the session focus, clothing, draping and areas of contact before starting. Consent is specific and ongoing: either person may request a change, pause or end the session.
Choose a room where the conversation and appointment will not be interrupted. Ritual does not promise medical outcomes, and its wellness sessions do not replace medical or psychological care.
